Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends

to make the above order in exercise of its powers under

section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary

speed restriction of 10 MPH over an area of highway

being B3254 Between Tiny Meadows And Hendra Lane

Launceston between grid references SX3066981721

and SX3080981805 for approximately 165 Metres. The

Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because

works are being executed on or near the road to provide a

new water service.

The Order will come into operation on 24th January 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 24th

January 2022. The restriction will be in force 24 hours a

day, weekends included.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to

make the above Order in exercise of its powers under

Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by

motor vehicles over an area of highway being Road From

Bolventor To Junction East Of Trethinnick Bungalow

Bolventor between the junction for Road From The Smithy

To Draynes Bridge and grid reference SX2276468573.

The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because

paling works are being executed on or near the road.

The Order will come into operation on 30th January 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 30th

January 2022. The prohibition will be in force between

the hours of 0700 and 1500 on a daily basis, weekends

included.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

bus traffic, school buses, cyclists, traffic associated with

the works required within the highway specified above,

any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker

in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and

anything done with the permission of or at the discretion

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made

the above Order dated 27th December 2021 in exercise

of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to

prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being

Southgate Street Launceston between the junction for

Church Street and the junction for Madford Lane, High

Street Launceston between the junction for Church

Street and the junction for Broad Street, Western Road

Launceston between the junction for Westgate Street

and the junction for Dockey, Westgate Street Launceston

between the junction for Broad Street and the junction for

Windmill Hill, and Blindhole, Market Street, Church Stile,

Broad Street Launceston for their entire lengths

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council has made the

above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of

the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing

one- way order The County of Cornwall (Launceston)

(Restrictions on Driving) (Consolidation) Order 1991

Broad Street (Class III) between the junction for Westgate

Street and the junction for Southgate Street, Church

Stile (Unclassified) for its entire length, Church Street

(Unclassified) for its entire length, High Street (Unclassified)

between the junction for Church Street and grid reference

SX3315584574, Market Street (Unclassified) between the

junctions of Church Stile and the junction of Southgate

Street, Southgate Street (Class III) between the junction of

Broad Street and the junction for Angel Hill, and Westgate

Street (Unclassified) between the junction of Broad Street

and the junction of Windmill Hill.

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends

to make the above order in exercise of its powers

under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily

suspend the existing parking restriction order The

County of Cornwall (Launceston) (Various Streets)

(On-Street Parking Places and Restrictions on Waiting)

(Consolidation) Order 2009 Broad Street (Class III) for its

entire length.

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends

to make the above order in exercise of its powers under

section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary no

waiting restriction over an area of highway being Broad

Street Launceston for its entire length for approximately

80 metres.

The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because

works are being executed on or near the road to repair the

surface of the carriageway

The Order will come into operation on 10th January 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 21st

January 2022. The prohibition and restrictions will be

in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600 on a daily

basis, weekdays only.

Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to

emergency services, traffic associated with the works

required within the highway specified above, any vehicle

being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an

emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything

done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police

officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will

be maintained.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made

the above Order dated 15th September 2021 in exercise

of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to

prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being

Cot Hill Bude between the junction for Maiden Street and

grid reference 552311206480. The Council is satisfied

that the Order is needed because of the likelihood of

danger to the public due to a collapsed wall.

The Order will come into operation on 22nd December

2021 and the works are expected to be completed by the

31st January 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24

hours a day, weekends included.

The road was previously closed for reasons of public

safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984

from the 1st December 2021 for a period of 21 days.

Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with

the works required within the highway specified above,

any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker

in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and

anything done with the permission of or at the discretion

of a police officer. Pedestrian and Vehicular access to

residents and businesses will be maintained.
