Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to

make the above Order in exercise of its powers under

Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by

traffic over an area of highway being Road From Junction

South Of Delamere To Junction North Of AA Services

Centre, St Cleer between the junction for Road From

Bolventor To Junction East Of Trethinnick Bungalow and

the junction for Road From Lamprettom House To Kensa.

The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because

paling works are being executed on or near the road.

The Order will come into operation on 26th January 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 28th

January 2022. The prohibition will be in force between

the hours of 0900 and 1700 on a daily basis, weekdays

only.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

traffic associated with the works required within the

highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the

purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss

of utility supplies and anything done with the permission

of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access

to residents and businesses will be maintained.

Ley between the junction for Polmenna Lane and grid

reference SXl 778166415. The Council is satisfied that

the Order is needed because gully works are being

executed on or near the road.

The Order will come into operation on 24th January 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 28th

January 2022.The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a

day, weekdays only.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

traffic associated with the works required within the

highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the

purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss

of utility supplies and anything done with the permission

traffic over an area of highway being Liskeard Road

Callington for its entire length. The Council is satisfied

that the Order is needed because works are being

executed on or near the road to resurface the carriageway.

The Order will come into operation on 24th January 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 4th

March 2022. The prohibition will be in force between the

hours of 0730 and 1700 on a daily basis, weekdays only.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

school buses, traffic associated with the works required

within the highway specified above, any vehicle being

used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency,

such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with

the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

executed on or near the road.

The Order will come into operation on 24th January 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 28th

January 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a

day, weekends included.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

made the above Order dated 27th December 2021

in exercise of its powers under 14(1) of the RTRA 1984

to prohibit the use by motor vehicles over an area of

highway being Road From The B3359 Junction North

West Of Trenderway To Longcross Lansallos between grid

reference SX2137653236 and the junction for Road From

West Watergate To Chy An Mor. The Council is satisfied

that the Order is needed because patching works are

being executed on or near the road.

The Order will come into operation on 10th January 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 12th

January 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a

day, weekdays only.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

of its powers under 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the

use by motor vehicles over an area of highway being Road

From Hingston Down To Harrowbarrow Methodist Church

Harrowbarrow between the junction for Rising Sun and

grid reference SX3983970266. The Council is satisfied

that the Order is needed because cabling works are being

executed on or near the road

The Order will come into operation on 13th January 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 13th

January 2022. The prohibition will be in force between

the hours of 0900 and 1600 on a daily basis, weekdays

only.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

bus traffic, school buses, cyclists, traffic associated with

the works required within the highway specified above,

any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker

in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and

anything done with the permission of or at the discretion
