Temporary Prohibition of Motor Vehicles Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has

made the above Order dated 27th December 2021 in

exercise of its powers under 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to

prohibit the use by motor vehicles over an area of highway

being Limes Lane Liskeard between the junction for Dean

Street and grid reference SX2489164525. The Council

is satisfied that the Order is needed because cabling

works are being executed on or near the road.

The Order will come into operation on 11th January 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 11th

January 2022. The prohibition will be in force between

the hours of 0930 and 1530 on a daily basis, weekdays

only.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within

the highway specified above, any vehicle being used

for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency,

such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with

the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Pedestrian and Vehicular access to residents and

businesses will be maintained.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has

made the above Order dated 27th December 2021

in exercise of its powers under 14(1) of the RTRA 1984

to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway

being Road From Little Treninnow To Hat Lane Millbrook

between the junction for 83247 Between West Street And

Hat Lane and grid reference SX4282451267. The Council

is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are

being executed on or near the road to install a water

meter.

The Order will come into operation on 10th January 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 12th

January 2022.The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a

day, weekdays only.

Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with

the works required within the highway specified above,

any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker

in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and

anything done with the permission of or at the discretion

of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and

businesses will be maintained.

only.

The Order will come into operation on 10th January 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 18th

January 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a

day, weekends included.

Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with

the works required within the highway specified above,

any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker

in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and

the hours of 0930 and 1530 on a daily basis, weekdays

only.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

bus traffic, school buses, cyclists, traffic associated with

the works required within the highway specified above,

any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker

in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and

anything done with the permission of or at the discretion
