THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (FOOTPATHS FROM HAYES CLOSE TO FURZE GARDENS, TOTNES) ORDER 2022
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC & PEDESTRIANS
NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order. From 3/1/22 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 28/1/22. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed & no person shall proceed on foot on the sections of Affected Roads except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to those length of roads. Roads affected: FOOTPATHS FROM HAYES CLOSE TO FURZE GARDENS, TOTNES The
alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - ELM WALK, RUSH WAY, FOOTPATHS FROM HAYES CLOSE TO FURZE GARDENS, ELMHIRST DRIVE, WESTON LANE, & VICE VERSA. This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: EXCAVATE & PROVIDE PEDESTRIAN ACCESS RAMPS & RESURFACING STEP TREADS, PLUS TWO SECTIONS OF DROPPED KERBS. For
