in the Parish of Nettlecombe (Temporary 40mph Speed Limit) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of December 2021 Somerset County Council made the above Order in exercise of the provisions of Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as previously advertised on the 17th day of December 2021, to introduce a temporary
40mph Speed Limit as specified in Schedule 1 below.
This Order will come into operation on the 31st day of December 2021 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The Works are expected to commence on the 9th day of January 2022 for 1 day. The restrictions will only apply when indicated by traffic signs.

in a north easterly direction for a distance of 188 metres.
Statement of reasons for making the Order
a) because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road, or
b) because of the likelihood of danger to the public, or of
serious damage to the road, which is not attributable to such works
