Temporary Prohibition of Motor Vehicles Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made

the above Order dated 3rd January 2022 in exercise of its

powers under 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use

by motor vehicles over an area of highway being Fore

Street Kingsand between grid reference SX4341850487

and the junction for Market Street, Market Street

Kingsand between the junction for Fore Street and grid

reference SX4343150476, and Garrett Street Kingsand

between the junction for Fore Street and the junction

for St Andrews Street. The Council is satisfied that the

Order is needed because reinforcement works are being

executed on or near the road.

The Order will come into operation on 17th January 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 21st

January 2022. The prohibition will be in force between

the hours of 0900 and 1600 on a daily basis, weekdays

only.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within

the highway specified above, any vehicle being used

for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency,

such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with

the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Pedestrian and Vehicular access to residents and

businesses will be maintained.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made

the above Order dated 3rd January 2022 in exercise of

its powers under 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the

being Road From Old Road To Tredis Court Sheviock

between the junction for Road From Junction South Of

Butter Villa To West Of Trewin House and grid reference

SX3509156125. The Council is satisfied that the Order

is needed because paling works are being executed on or

near the road.

The Order will come into operation on 17th January 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 18th

January 2022. The prohibition will be in force between

the hours of 0930 and 1530 on a daily basis, weekdays

only.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

bus traffic, school buses, cyclists, traffic associated with

the works required within the highway specified above,

any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker

in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and

anything done with the permission of or at the discretion

of a police officer. Pedestrian and Vehicular access to

residents and businesses will be maintained.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made

the above Order dated 3rd January 2022 in exercise

of its powers under 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit

the use by traffic over an area of highway being Road

From The Sunday School To Junction West Of Lunghwa

Trevelmond between grid references SX2038363478 and

SX2030563597. The Council is satisfied that the Order is

needed because works are being executed on or near the

road to provide a new water service.

The Order will come into operation on 17th January 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 25th

January 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a

day, weekends included.

Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with

the works required within the highway specified above,

any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker

in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and

anything done with the permission of or at the discretion

of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and

businesses will be maintained.

Saltash between the junction for Albert Road and grid

reference SX4333658759. The Council is satisfied that

the Order is needed because works are being executed

on or near the road to replace signage, lining and speed

cushions.

The Order will come into operation on 17th January 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 20th

January 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a

day, weekdays only.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

traffic associated with the works required within the

highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the

The Crescent To Junction South Of Jesmond, Access To

Tor View From The Crescent, Access To Brookside From

Junction North Of The Crescent Common Moor for their

entire lengths. The Council is satisfied that the Order is

needed because resurfacing works are being executed on

or near the road.

The Order will come into operation on 17th January 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 21st

January 2022. The prohibition will be in force between

the hours of 0730 and 1800 on a daily basis, weekdays

only.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

traffic associated with the works required within the

highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the

purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss

of utility supplies and anything done with the permission

of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access

to residents and businesses will be maintained.

January 2022. The prohibition will be in force between

the hours of 0930 and 1600 on a daily basis, weekdays

only.
