Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to

make the above Order in exercise of its powers under

Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use

by traffic over an area of highway being Dutson Road

Launceston for its entire length, and A388 Between

County Boundary And Dutson Road Launceston between

Dutson Road and the junction for Cross Lanes. The

Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because road

maintenance works are being executed on or near the

road.

The Order will come into operation on 7th February 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 10th

February 2022. The prohibition will be in force between

the hours of 1900 and 0600 on a daily basis, weekdays

only

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

bus traffic, school buses, traffic associated with the

works required within the highway specified above, any

vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an

emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything

done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police

officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will

be maintained.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to

make the above Order in exercise of its powers under

Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by

traffic over an area of highway being Maiden Street

Bude between Market Street and the junction for Access

To Waingates Farm, and Market Street Bude for its enitre

length. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed

because works are being executed on or near the road

to install a new gas service.

The Order will come into operation on 9th February 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 14th

February 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a

day, weekends included.

Nothing in this Order will apply to cyclists, traffic

associated with the works required within the highway

specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes

of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility

supplies and anything done with the permission of or at

the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to

residents and businesses will be maintained.

The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because

works are being executed on or near the road to provide a

new water service.

The Order will come into operation on 7th February 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 15th

February 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a

day, weekends included.

Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made

the above Order dated 10th January 2022 in exercise

of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to

impose a temporary speed restriction of 10 MPH over an

area of highway being B3254 Between Tiny Meadows

And Hendra Lane Launceston between grid references

SX3066981721 and SX3080981805 for approximately

165 Metres. The Council is satisfied that the Order is

needed because works are being executed on or near the

road to provide a new water service.

The Order will come into operation on 24th January 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 24th

January 2022. The restriction will be in force 24 hours a

day, weekends included.

of its powers under 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit

the use by motor vehicles over an area of highway being

Bungalow Bolventor between the junction for Road

SX2276468573. The Council is satisfied that the Order

is needed because paling works are being executed on or

near the road.

The Order will come into operation on 30th January 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 30th

January 2022. The prohibition will be in force between

the hours of 0700 and 1500 on a daily basis, weekends

included.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

bus traffic, school buses, cyclists, traffic associated with

the works required within the highway specified above,

and the works are expected to be completed by the 28th

January 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a

day, weekdays only.
