Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to
make the above Order in exercise of its powers under
Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by
traffic over an area of highway being Hessenford Road
From The A387 Between Junction West Of Bickham
And Bake Lane To East Of Riverside Hessenford for its
entire length, and Hessenford Road Hessenford between
Hessenford Road From The A387 Between Junction West
Of Bickham And Bake Lane To East Of Riverside and the
junction for Keveral Lane. The Council is satisfied that the
Order is needed because tree works are being executed
on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 7th February 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 18th
February 2022. The prohibition will be in force between
the hours of 0730 and 1700 on a daily basis, weekdays
only.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
traffic associated with the works required within the
highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the
purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss
of utility supplies and anything done with the permission
of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian and
Vehicular access to residents and businesses will be
maintained.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to
make the above Order in exercise of its powers under
Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by
traffic over an area of highway being Quay Road West
Looe between the junction for Polperro Road and grid
reference SX2534453554, and Polperro Road West Looe
for its entire length. The Council is satisfied that the Order
is needed because works are being executed on or near
the road to repair the surface of the carriageway.
The Order will come into operation on 7th February 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 16th
February 2022. The prohibition will be in force between
the hours of 1900 and 0600 on a daily basis, weekends
included.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
traffic associated with the works required within the
highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the
purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss
of utility supplies and anything done with the permission

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to
make the above Order in exercise of its powers under
Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by
motor vehicles over an area of highway being Valentine
Row Callington for its entire length. The Council is
satisfied that the Order is needed because cabling works
are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 7th February 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 18th
February 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a
day, weekends included.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within
the highway specified above, any vehicle being used
for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency,
such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with
