Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to
make the above Order in exercise of its powers under
Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by
traffic over an area of highway being A390 Between
Junction With B3359 At Middle Taphouse And Dobwalls
Roundabout Caradon between the junction for A38
Between White Lodge And Two Waters Foot and the
junction for Road From Junction North East Of Pennant
To East Of Delemere Farm.
Furthermore The Cornwall Council makes this Order in
exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA
1984 to impose a temporary one-way restriction
over an area of highway being Road From Dobwalls
Roundabout Through Dobwalls To Moorswater, Dobwalls
between the junction for A38 Between White Lodge
And Two Waters Foot and grid reference SX2090665049
in a east to west direction. The Council is satisfied that
the Order is needed because resurfacing works are being
executed on or near the road
The Order will come into operation on 14th February
2022 and the works are expected to be completed by the
25th February 2022. The prohibition and restriction will
be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600 on a
daily basis, weekends included.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
traffic associated with the works required within the
highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the
purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss
of utility supplies and anything done with the permission
of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian and
Vehicular access to residents and businesses will be
maintained.

Cottage To South View Albaston between the junction for
Road From Fore Street To Junction North Of Hillbrow and
grid reference SX4225070254. The Council is satisfied
that the Order is needed because works are being
executed on or near the road to install new water and
sewer connections.
The Order will come into operation on 14th February
2022 and the works are expected to be completed by the
4th March 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours
a day, weekdays only.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
traffic associated with the works required within the
highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the
purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss
of utility supplies and anything done with the permission
of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access
to residents and businesses will be maintained.

2022 and the works are expected to be completed by the
18th February 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24

18th February 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24
hours a day, weekdays only.

Community School and 1 Wearde Quay. The Council is
satisfied that the Order is needed because resurfacing
works are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 14th February
2022 and the works are expected to be completed by
the 18th February 2022. The prohibition will be in force
between the hours of 0700 and 1700 on a daily basis,
weekdays only.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
traffic associated with the works required within the
highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the
purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss
of utility supplies and anything done with the permission
of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian and

the above Order dated 17th January 2022 in exercise
of its powers under 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit
the use by traffic over an area of highway being A390
Between Callington Road And South West Of Hill Farm,
A390 Between South West Of Hill Farm And South West
Of Trebeigh, A390 Between South West Of Trebeigh And
Southern Road Roundabout Liskeard for their entire
lengths. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed
because resurfacing works are being executed on or near
the road.
The Order will come into operation on 31st January 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the llth
February 2022. The prohibition will be in force between
the hours of 1900 and 0600 on a daily basis, weekdays
only.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
traffic associated with the works required within the
highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the
purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss
of utility supplies and anything done with the permission
of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian and
