Temporary Closure of Oldway Road

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Oldway Road - from the junction with Yanhey Hill to the junction with Hawkwell Lane, northwards for a distance of 954 metres. This Order will enable Freeflow to carry out remedial works on behalf of Airband.

The Order becomes effective on 4th February 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 14th February 2022 and last until 16th February 2022 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days.
