Temporary Prohibition of Motor Vehicles Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to
make the above Order in exercise of its powers under
Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by
motor vehicles over an area of highway being Higher
Lux Street Liskeard between the junction for Greenbank
Lane and the junction for Victoria Close. The Council is
satisfied that the Order is needed because cabling works
are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 23rd May 2022 and
the works are expected to be completed by the 25th May
2022. The prohibition will be in force between the hours
of 0930 and 1600 on a daily basis, weekdays only.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within
the highway specified above, any vehicle being used
for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency,
such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with
the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
Pedestrian and Vehicular access to residents and
businesses will be maintained.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made
the above Order dated 24th of April 2022 in exercise
of its powers under 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit
the use by traffic over an area of highway being Church
Hill, Hessenford, Torpoint from outside St Annes Church
to Pen-Y-Bryn. The Council is satisfied that the Order is
needed because works are being executed on or near the
road to replace thatched roof.
The Order will come into operation on 9th May 2022 and
the works are expected to be completed by the 13th May
2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day,
weekdays only.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within
the highway specified above, any vehicle being used
for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency,
such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with
the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be
maintained.

property known as Ivy House. The Council is satisfied that
the Order is needed because tree felling works are being
executed on or near the road.

the works are expected to be completed by the 1st June
2022. The prohibition will be in force between the hours
of 0730 and 1700 on a daily basis, weekdays only.

between the junctions of Fore Street and Victoria Road.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because
scaffolding works are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 23rd May 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 17th
June 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day,
weekends included.

Minard Cross To Junction South West Of Narkurs Cross
Hessenford for its entire length. The Council is satisfied
that the Order is needed because works are being
executed on or near the road to carry out carriageway
surface repairs.
The Order will come into operation on 27th May 2022 and
the works are expected to be completed by the 7th June
2022. The prohibition will be in force between the hours
of 0730 and 1700 on a daily basis, weekdays only.

Axford Hill To Vallards Lane, Pillaton between the junction
of Vollards Lane and Leigh Lane, Vollards Lane, Hatts
between the junction of Road From Axford Hill To Vallards
Lane and the property known as Heckberry Barn. The
Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because
works are being executed on or near the road for surface
dressing preparation.
The Order will come into operation on 9th May 2022 and
the works are expected to be completed by the 13th May
2022. The prohibition will be in force between the hours
of 0730 and 1700 on a daily basis, weekdays only.
