Notice of Application for a

Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given Hall & Woodhouse Limited has applied to Teignbridge District Council for the grant of a new premises licence for the premises known as The Dolphin Hotel, Station Road, Bovey Tracey, Devon TQ13 9AL.

The application is for the grant of a new licence to replace the existing and to permit the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 10:00 hours and midnight daily and the provision of late night refreshment for a further 30 minutes, subject to conditions. Extended hours will apply on New Year’s Eve and in respect of residents.

Anyone who wishes to make

representations concerning this

application must do so in writing to

full application may be inspected

during normal office hours at the

offices of Teignbridge District Council

It is an offence to knowingly or

recklessly make a false statement in

connection with this application, the

maximum fine for which a person is

liable on summary conviction is

unlimited.
