Notice of Application for Variation of

a Premises Licence

NOTICE is hereby given that Hall and

Woodhouse Limited has applied to

Somerset West and Taunton Council for

the variation of a premises licence for

the premises known as Old Ship Aground, Quay Street, Minehead TA24 5UL. The application is to approve amended plans and to vary the conditions attached to the licence so as to remove unnecessary conditions and to add conditions intended to promote the licensing objectives. No changes to licensable activities nor permitted hours are proposed. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to

The full application may be inspected

during normal office hours at the offices of Somerset West and Taunton Council at Deane House, Belvedere Road,

Taunton (or www.somersetwestandtaunton.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly

make a false statement in connection

with this application, the maximum fine

for which a person is liable on summary

conviction is unlimited.
