Temporary Prohibition of Motor Vehicles Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to
make the above Order in exercise of its powers under
Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by
motor vehicles over an area of highway being Road From
The A38 At Tresulgan To Junction West Of Berry Farm
Trerulefoot between grid references SX3002960308 and
SX3077660703. The Council is satisfied that the Order is
needed because works are being executed on or near the
road for stone repairs and devegetation works.
The Order will come into operation on 30th May 2022 and
the works are expected to be completed by the 2nd June
2022. The prohibition will be in force between the hours
of 2200 and 0600 on a daily basis, weekdays only.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
school buses, cyclists, traffic associated with the works
required within the highway specified above, any vehicle
being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an
emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything
done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police
officer. Pedestrian and Vehicular access to residents and
businesses will be maintained.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made
the above order dated 2nd May 2022 in exercise of its
powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit
the use by traffic over an area of highway being B3247
Between Tregunnus Lane And Military Road Crafthole
between grid references SX233008:054544 and
SX233569:054078.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because
poling works are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 18th May 2022 and
the works are expected to be completed by the 19th May
2022. The prohibition will be in force between the hours
of 0930 and 1530 on a daily basis.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
traffic associated with the works required within the
highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the
purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss
of utility supplies and anything done with the permission
of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian and
Vehicular access to residents and businesses will be
maintained.

A38. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed
because works are being executed on or near the road to
carry out carriageway surface repairs.
The Order will come into operation on 30th May 2022 and
the works are expected to be completed by the 10th June
2022. The prohibition will be in force between the hours
of 0730 and 1700 on a daily basis, weekdays only.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

The Order will come into operation on 16th May 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 12th
September 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours
a day, weekends included.
