Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the
above Order dated 2nd May 2022 in exercise of its powers
under 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic
over an area of highway being Stone Hill Bude between
grid references SS2287907670 and SS2293407661.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because
works are being executed on or near the road to provide a
new water service.
The Order will come into operation on 17th May 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 19th
May 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day,
weekdays only.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with
the works required within the highway specified above,
any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker
in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and
anything done with the permission of or at the discretion
of a police officer. Pedestrian and Vehicular access to
residents and businesses will be maintained.

Temporary Prohibition of Motor Vehicles Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made
the above Order dated 25th April 2022 in exercise of its
powers under 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use
by motor vehicles over an area of highway being Stratton
Road Bude between the junction for Stucley Road and 20
Coast View. The Council is satisfied that the Order is
needed because works are being executed on or near the
road to construct new pedestrian crossing points.
The Order will come into operation on 16th May 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 26th
May 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day,
weekdays only.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within
the highway specified above, any vehicle being used
for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency,
such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with
the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be
maintained.

May 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day,

Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made
the above order dated 2nd May 2022 in exercise of
its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to
impose a temporary speed restriction of 40MPH over
an area of highway being B3254 Between East Road
And Rhude Cross, Kilkhampton between grid reference
SS226213:109685 and SS226198:108766 for
approximately 985 metres. The Council is satisfied that
the Order is needed because works are being executed on
or near the road to carry out poling works.
The Order will come into operation on 16th May 2022 and
the works are expected to be completed by the 16th May
2022. The restriction will be in force between the hours of
0930 and 1530 on a daily basis.

are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 12th May 2022 and
the works are expected to be completed by the 12th May
2022. The prohibition will be in force between the hours
of 0930 and 1530 on a daily basis, weekdays only.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
bus traffic, school buses, cyclists, traffic associated with
the works required within the highway specified above,
any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker
in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and
anything done with the permission of or at the discretion

between the junctions of Road from Junction West of

Junction North of Timbrelham.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because
patching works are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 16th May 2022 and
the works are expected to be completed by the 20th May
2022. The prohibition will be in force between the hours
of 0730 and 1700 on a daily basis, weekdays only.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within
the highway specified above, any vehicle being used
for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency,
such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with
the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
