(PUBLIC FOOTPATH CL24/18,
WELLOW BROOK WALK, MIDSOMER NORTON) TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2022
Notice is given that Bath and North East Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to make an order the effect of which will be to temporarily introduce a path closure to the full length of Public Footpath CL24/18, commencing from Northmead Road at grid reference ST65765477 and continuing in a generally E direction for approx 600m to Public Footpath CL24/24 at ST66355472.
This order is required because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the right of way; namely, Western Power Distribution are proposing high voltage cable excavation and laying works. The Order will come into force on 23rd May 2022 and will be effective for 16 weeks. The closure will only be effective during the period when signs stating ‘Footpath Closed’ are in place on site and only for so long as is necessary to execute the works.

Norton Radstock Greenway; Public Footpath CL24/24; Vice versa.
