Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made
the above order dated 9th May 2022 in exercise of its
powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose
a temporary speed restriction of 40MPH over an area of
highway being Lawhitton Down Lawhitton between grid
references SX235108:082173 and SX235129:082132,
Road From Lawhitton Down To Leburnick Cross
Lawhitton between grid references SX235129:082132
and SX235164:082061 and Road From Junction
North East Of Lawhitton To Lawhitton Down Lawhitton
between grid referencs SX235129:082132 and
SX235236:082164. The Council is satisfied that the
Order is needed because works are being executed on or
near the road install a new service.
The Order will come into operation on 25th May 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 25th
May 2022. The restriction will be in force between the
hours of 0930 and 1600 on a daily basis

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to
make the above Order in exercise of its powers under
Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use
by traffic over an area of highway being Road From
Highmoor To Nescott, Road From Nescott To Langdon
Cross North Petherwin between the Access to Youngcott
Farm and the Access to Collacott Farm. The Council is
satisfied that the Order is needed because drainage and
surfacing works are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 6th June 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 27th
June 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a
day, weekends included.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with
the works required within the highway specified above,
any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker
in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and
anything done with the permission of or at the discretion
of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and
businesses will be maintained.

the above Order dated 9th May 2022 in exercise of its
powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit
the use by traffic over an area of highway being Race Hill
Launceston between the junctions of Bounsalls Lane and
Fair Park Close. The Council is satisfied that the Order is
needed because poling works are being executed on or
near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 22nd May 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 22nd
May 2022. The prohibition will be in force between the
hours of 0800 and 1400.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
school buses, cyclists, traffic associated with the works
required within the highway specified above, any
vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker
in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and
anything done with the permission of or at the discretion
of a police officer. Pedestrian and Vehicular access to
residents and businesses will be maintained.

Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by
traffic over an area of highway being Stibb Road, Bude
between the junction of Access to Scadghill Farm and
the property known as High View. The Council is satisfied
that the Order is needed because cabling works are
being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 2nd June 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 2nd
June 2022. The prohibition will be in force from 0730
hours and continue until 1800 hours on the 2nd June
2022, weekdays only.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within
the highway specified above, any vehicle being used
for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency,
such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with
the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

the Order is needed because poling works are being
executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 25th May 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 25th
May 2022. The prohibition will be in force between the
hours of 0930 and 1530 on a daily basis
