Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to
make the above Order in exercise of its powers under
Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use
by traffic over an area of highway being Church Lane
Calstock between grid references SX243465:068847
and SX243362:068791. The Council is satisfied that the
Order is needed because poling works are being executed
on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 5th July 2022 and
the works are expected to be completed by the 5th July
2022. The prohibition will be in force between the hours
of 0930 and 1530.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with
the works required within the highway specified above,
any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker
in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and
anything done with the permission of or at the discretion
of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and
businesses will be maintained.

Temporary Prohibition and Restriciton of Traffic Order
2022
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made
the above Order dated 6th June 2022 in exercise of its
powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit
the use by traffic over an area of highway being B3271
Between North Road And Fore Street Saltash between the
junction for Fore Street and the junction for A38 Between
The Tamar Bridge And The B3271, Fore Street and Lower
Fore Street Saltash for their entire lengths.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends
to make the above order in exercise of its powers under
section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the
existing parking restriction order The County of Cornwall
(Saltash) (Restrictions on Waiting) (Amendment) Order
2016 Fore Street Street (Class 11) for its entire length.
Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to
make the above order in exercise of its powers under section
14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary no waiting
restriction over an area of highway being Fore Street Saltash
for its entire length for approximately 350 metres.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because
resurfacing works are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 20th June 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 9th
July 2022. The prohibition will be in force between the
hours of 1900 and 0600 hours, weekends included and
the parking suspension and restriction will be in force 24
hours a day, weekends included.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
traffic associated with the works required within the
highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the
purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss
of utility supplies and anything done with the permission
of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access
to residents and businesses will be maintained.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to
make the above Order in exercise of its powers under
Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use
by traffic over an area of highway being Kellow Hill,
Crumplehorn for its entire length. The Council is satisfied
that the Order is needed because works are being
executed on or near the road to carry out a new water,
sewer and electric connection.
The Order will come into operation on 4th July 2022 and
the works are expected to be completed by the 22nd July
2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day,
weekends included.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within
the highway specified above, any vehicle being used
for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency,
such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with
the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Liskeard between grid references SX224889:064525 and
SX224920:064526 and Varley Lane Liskeard between
the junction of Dean Street and the access to Melbourne
Bungalows. The Council is satisfied that the Order is
needed because underground cabling works are being
executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 20th June 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 21st
June 2022. The prohibition will be in force between the
hours of 1900 and 0600 on a daily basis.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within
