DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL

FOOTPATH NO.7 DAWLISH

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER 2022

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.

From: MONDAY 13 JUNE 2022

To: MONDAY 6 SEPTEMBER 2022 OR UNTIL THE WORKS ARE COMPLETED WHICHEVER IS THE SOONER

No persons shall proceed on the section of the affected path except for access to land or premises on or adjacent to that length of path. The order will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the sooner. Public rights of way affected:

FOOTPATH NO. 7 DAWLISH from Colonnade

underpass to end of new promenade.

The alternative route is via the footbridge on Footpath No. 40 and then follow Marine Parade adjacent to the

railway, as shown on map on site.

The closure is necessary to allow for site safety during construction of new bridge in connection with Network Rail South West Rail Resilience programme.
