PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has applied in respect

of Swan, Noss Mayo, Plymouth, PL8 1EE for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: This is an application to vary the layout and design of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan. The changes consists of an additional serving hatch within an existing part of the building along with a mobile external bar servery situated within the lower level external area, as shown on the enclosed plan, which will be used during busy periods, special events etc. To add and remove conditions to the operating schedule to further promote the licensing objectives.

made available by contacting South Hams District Council Licensing.

All other hours, activities and conditions currently permitted by the

premises are to remain unchanged by

this application. Representations to

this application must be made in

writing to South Hams District Council, Licensing Team, Follaton House, Totnes, TQ9 5NE or by email to [email protected] not later than the end of 29th June 2022.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
