Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to
make the above Order in exercise of its powers under
Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by
traffic over an area of highway being Albert Road Saltash
for its entire length and Station Road Saltash for its entire
length. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed
because works are being executed on or near the road to
carry out resurfacing works.
The Order will come into operation on 11th July 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 15th
July 2022. The prohibition will be in force between the
hours of 0730 and 1700 on a daily basis, weekdays only.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
traffic associated with the works required within the
highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the
purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss
of utility supplies and anything done with the permission
of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian
access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made
the above Order dated 13th June 2022 in exercise of its
powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit
the use by traffic over an area of highway being Castle
Street Liskeard between the junctions of Church Street
and Castle Hill. The Council is satisfied that the Order is
needed because underground cabling works are being
executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 28th June 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 29th
June 2022. The prohibition will be in force between the
hours of 1930 and 0600 on a daily basis.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within
the highway specified above, any vehicle being used
for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency,
such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with
the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
Pedestrian and Vehicular access to residents and
businesses will be maintained.

B3254 At Wallis Bridge St Keyne between grid references
SX223150:059804 and SX223431:060177. The Council
is satisfied that the Order is needed because tree works
are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 27th June 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 1st
July 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day,
weekdays only.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with
the works required within the highway specified above,
any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker
in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and
anything done with the permission of or at the discretion
of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and
businesses will be maintained.

is satisfied that the Order is needed because carriageway
surfacing works are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 11th July 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 15th
July 2022. The prohibition will be in force between the
hours of 0730 and 1700 on a daily basis.
