Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made

the above Order dated 13th June 2022 in exercise of its

powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit

the use by traffic over an area of highway being Belle Vue

Lane Bude between the entrance of the Car Park and the

junction of Lansdown Lane. The Council is satisfied that

the Order is needed because works are being executed on

or near the road to carry out a new water connection.

The Order will come into operation on 29th June 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 5th

July 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day,

weekdays only.

Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with

the works required within the highway specified above,

any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker

in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and

anything done with the permission of or at the discretion

of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and

businesses will be maintained.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to

make the above Order in exercise of its powers under

Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by

traffic over an area of highway being Road From The

County Boundary To Diddies Road Bude between grid

references SX223573:106466 and SX223863:106553.

The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because

poling and cabling works are being executed on or near

the road.

The Order will come into operation on 12th July 2022 and

the works are expected to be completed by the 14th July

2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

bus traffic, school buses, cyclists, traffic associated with

the works required within the highway specified above,

any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker

in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and

anything done with the permission of or at the discretion

of a police officer. Pedestrian and Vehicular access to

residents and businesses will be maintained.

Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because

The Order will come into operation on 30th June 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 30th

June 2022. The prohibition will be in force between the

hours of 0930 and 1600.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within

the highway specified above, any vehicle being used

for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency,

such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with

the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by

traffic over an area of highway being B3257 Between

The A30 and Stoney Lane, Launceston between grid

references SX226093:079959 and SX227634:079312.

The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because

patching works are being executed on or near the road.

The Order will come into operation on 11th July 2022 and

the works are expected to be completed by the 13th July

2022. The prohibition will be in force between the hours

of 0730 and 1700 on a daily basis.

Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with

the works required within the highway specified above,

any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker

in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and

anything done with the permission of or at the discretion

South Of Rosevallen To Trewarlett Cross Launceston

between grid references SX234319:080455 and

SX234453:080464. The Council is satisfied that the

Order is needed because works are being executed on or

near the road to install a new gas supply.

The Order will come into operation on 11th July 2022 and

the works are expected to be completed by the 15th July

2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within

the highway specified above, any vehicle being used

for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency,

such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with

the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
