LICENSING ACT 2003:

APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Outside Devon Limited has applied in respect

of Outside Devon, Bantham, Devon, TQ7 3AA for the grant of a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following: Sales of alcohol (on and off sales) every day from 10:00h until 18:00h. On no more than 28 occasions per calendar year, the premises will permit the sale of alcohol until 22:00h for private events.

Opening Hours will be every day from 08:00h until 18:30h. On no more than 28 occasions per calendar year, the premises will close at 22:30h for private events. Representations

to this application must be made in writing to South Hams District Council, Licensing Team, Follaton House, Totnes, TQ9 5NE or by email to [email protected] not later than the end of 11th July 2022.

Representations received after this date cannot be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at South

Hams District Council, Follaton House, Totnes, during normal office hours.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Persons will be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
