We Lynher River Barge CIC give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Lynher Barge, Cotehele Quay, St Dominick PL12 6TA. The application is to: The Lynher Cocktail & Wine Bar open every day in July and August and other periods intermittently. A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Cornwall Licensing Team, Chy Trevail, Beacon Technology Park, Bodmin, PL31 2FR or email [email protected] not later than 15th June 2022. NB during the Covid-19 pandemic, please email [email protected] to make alternative arrangements to view the application. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
