Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made
the above Order dated 20th June 2022 in exercise of its
powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit
the use by traffic over an area of highway being A39
between the junctions of the A3073 and Penfound Road,
Bude for its entire length. The Council is satisfied that
the Order is needed because resurfacing works are being
executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 4th July 2022 and
the works are expected to be completed by the 9th July
2022. The prohibition will be in force between the hours
of 1900 and 0600 on a daily basis, weekends included.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
traffic associated with the works required within the
highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the
purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss
of utility supplies and anything done with the permission
of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian and
Vehicular access to residents and businesses will be
maintained.

to make the above Order in exercise of its powers
under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the
use by traffic over an area of highway being Angel Hill
Launceston for its entire length The Council is satisfied
that the Order is needed because drainage works are
being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 20th July 2022 and
the works are expected to be completed by the 22nd July
2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day.
Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with
the works required within the highway specified above,
any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker
in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and
anything done with the permission of or at the discretion
of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and
businesses will be maintained.

2022. The prohibition will be in force between the hours
of 0730 and 1700 on a daily basis, weekdays only.
