planningprivacy . The Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 requires that

such correspondence must be made available for inspection either by Councillors or

members of the public (which may include the Press). In the event of an appeal against

the decision, any representations made in connection with the application will be sent

to the Secretary of State and the appellant.
