Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made

the above Order dated 20th June 2022 in exercise

of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984

to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway

being Church Lane Calstock between grid references

SX243465:068847 and SX243362:068791. The Council

is satisfied that the Order is needed because poling works

are being executed on or near the road.

The Order will come into operation on 5th July 2022 and

the works are expected to be completed by the 5th July

2022. The prohibition will be in force between the hours

of 0930 and 1530.

Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with

the works required within the highway specified above,

any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker

in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and

anything done with the permission of or at the discretion

of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and

businesses will be maintained.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to

make the above Order in exercise of its powers under

Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by

traffic over an area of highway being Coombe Road St

Stephens between grid references SX242940:058526

and SX243013:058559. The Council is satisfied that the

Order is needed because bridge examination works are

being executed on or near the road.

The Order will come into operation on 14th July 2022 and

the works are expected to be completed by the 15th July

2022. The prohibition will be in force between the hours

of 2200 and 0600.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within

the highway specified above, any vehicle being used

for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency,

such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with

the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Pedestrian and Vehicular access to residents and

businesses will be maintained.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to

make the above Order in exercise of its powers under

Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by

traffic over an area of highway being Glebe Avenue

Saltash for its entire length, Belle Vue Road Saltash

between the Car Park and the junction of Glebe Avenue

and Hillside Road Saltash between the junctions Glebe

Avenue and Hillside Avenue. The Council is satisfied that

the Order is needed because surfacing works are being

executed on or near the road.

The Order will come into operation on 15th July 2022 and

the works are expected to be completed by the 22nd July

2022. The prohibition will be in force between the hours

of 0730 and 1700 on a daily basis, weekdays only.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

traffic associated with the works required within the

highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the

purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss

of utility supplies and anything done with the permission

of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access

to residents and businesses will be maintained.

is satisfied that the Order is needed because cabling

works are being executed on or near the road.

The Order will come into operation on 18th July 2022 and

the works are expected to be completed by the 22nd July

2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

bus traffic, school buses, traffic associated with the

works required within the highway specified above, any

vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an

emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything

done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police

use by traffic over an area of highway being Kellow Hill,

Crumplehorn for its entire length. The Council is satisfied

that the Order is needed because works are being

executed on or near the road to carry out a new water,

sewer and electric connection.

The Order will come into operation on 4th July 2022 and

the works are expected to be completed by the 22nd July

2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day,

weekends included.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within

the highway specified above, any vehicle being used

for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency,

such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with

the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
