NOTICE OF MAKING AN ORDER

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980

WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT 1981

DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL

(BRIDLEWAY NO.6, UGBOROUGH)

PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2022

The above Order made on the 9th of June 2022 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 and Section 53A(2) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, will divert part of Bridleway No.6, Ugborough from a route across the Cricket Ground and fishing lake to a route running south southeast around the eastern and southern side of Filham fishing lake to a point north of Wadland Wood.

A copy of the Order and the Order map may be seen free of charge at the offices of the Ivybridge Town Council, Town Hall, Erme Court, Leonards Road, Ivybridge, PL21 0SZ, or online at www.devon.gov.uk/haveyoursay/ Copies of the Order and map may be bought from the address below at the price of £5.00. Any representations or objections relating to the Order must be sent in writing to the Public Rights of Way Team, Rm 8 Great Moor House, Bittern Road, Sowton, Exeter EX2 7NL no later than 22nd July 2022. Please state the grounds on which they are made. Copies of any objections or representations received may be circulated to interested parties.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Devon County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation, any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
