come into force 21 July for Newton Abbot: Devon

County Council (Various Roads, Newton Abbot)

(Restricted Road & 30mph Speed Limit) Order 2022 [5892] to introduce 30MPH SPEED LIMIT by virtue of street lighting (RESTRICTED ROAD) on A382-A383 Houghton Barton Link Road from A382 to 570 metres southwest of that junction & Forches Cross Road from A382-A383 Houghton Barton Link Road to 58 metres north of that junction; 30MPH SPEED LIMIT on A382-A383 Houghton Barton Link Road from 570 metres southwest of A382 to Howton Road; Devon County Council (Forches Cross Road, Newton Abbot) (Prohibition of All Vehicles) Order 2022 [5909] to introduce PROHIBITION OF ALL VEHICLES on Forches Cross Road from the A382 for 5 metres. If you wish to question the validity of order 5909 or any of its provisions because it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with, you may within 6 weeks from the date on which the order was made apply to the High Court for this purpose.
