Notice is hereby given that the following application(s) have been lodged with the above Authority:
WORKS TOAGRADE II LISTED BUILDING
Refurbishment of house including replacement lean-to extension; conversion of single storey detached barn to form annexe accommodation., Lower Wapsworthy, Road Over Wapsworthy Bridge, Peter Tavy by Stephen Whettem Architects (ref: 0280/22).
The above proposal(s) may only provide a brief description of the works, full details of the development(s) can be found online, using the above application reference numbers at:

A copy of the plans and other documents accompanying the application can also be viewed, by arrangement, at the Dartmoor National Park Headquarters, Parke, Bovey Tracey, TQ13 9JQ, during normal office hours Mon-Thurs 09.00- 17.00hrs or Fridays 09.00-16.30hrs. You may also be able to inspect the application(s) by arrangement with your Clerk to your Parish/Town Council (who will be able to tell you when their Council are considering the application).
Any person wishing to make representations relating to the application(s) and should do so online through our website within 21 days of the date of this notice, using the reference number on the search page quoted above or you can send comments in writing, for the attention of the Planning Officer.
Under the terms of the Local Government
(Access to Information) Act 1985, any
letter on a planning application file can be made available to the applicant and other members of the public via our website, unless it contains exempt
information.
