Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made
the above Order dated 25th July 2022 in exercise of its
powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit
the use by traffic over an area of highway being Road
From Axford Hill To Vallards Lane Pillaton between grid
references SX237431:064372 and SX237727:063666.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because
gully works are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 8th August 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 9th
August 2022. The prohibition will be in force between the
hours of 0900 and 1600 on a daily basis.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
cyclists, traffic associated with the works required within
the highway specified above, any vehicle being used
for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency,
such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with
the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.
Pedestrian and Vehicular access to residents and
businesses will be maintained.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to
make the above Order in exercise of its powers under
Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use
by traffic over an area of highway being B3252 From
Rosemary Cottage To The A38 South Of Trephilcor,
Liskeard for its entire length. The Council is satisfied
that the Order is needed to undertake an Ash Die Back
inspection.
The Order will come into operation on 24th August 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 25th
August 2022. The prohibition will be in force from 1900
hours on the 24th August 2022 and continue until 0600
hours on the 25th August 2022, weekdays only.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
bus traffic, school buses, cyclists, traffic associated with
the works required within the highway specified above,
any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker
in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and
anything done with the permission of or at the discretion
of a police officer. Pedestrian and Vehicular access to
residents and businesses will be maintained.

Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by
traffic over an area of highway being Road From Junction
North Of East Colliford To Junction North Of Little Berry
Down, Road From Colliford Downs To Wenmouth Cross,
Warleggan, St Neot for their entire lengths. The Council
is satisfied that the Order is needed to resurface the
carriageway.
The Order will come into operation on 22nd August
2022 and the works are expected to be completed by
the 2nd September 2022. The prohibition will be in force
between the hours of 0730 and 1700 on a daily basis,
weekends included.
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
traffic associated with the works required within the
highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the
purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss
of utility supplies and anything done with the permission
of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian and
Vehicular access to residents and businesses will be
maintained.

is satisfied that the Order is needed because cabling
works are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 8th August 2022
and the works are expected to be completed by the 12th
August 2022. The prohibition will be in force between the
hours of 0930 and 1630
Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,
bus traffic, school buses, traffic associated with the
works required within the highway specified above, any
vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker
in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and
anything done with the permission of or at the discretion

Pensilva between the junction of The Cross and grid
reference SX2937669975. The Council is satisfied that
the Order is needed to install new fibre infrastructure.
The Order will come into operation on 22nd August
2022 and the works are expected to be completed by
the 5th September 2022. The prohibition will be in force
between the hours of 0930 and 1600 on a daily basis,
weekdays only.
