Mr Louis Bennett is applying

Premise Licence for Creeping Thyme, 5-7 Fore Street, Bovey Tracey, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 9AD

The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place:

Sale of alcohol for on/off the premises - Monday to Sunday 8am-11pm.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Section, Teignbridge District Council, Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot, TQ12 4XX or emailing [email protected]

Representations may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice.

The receipt of representations will be published with the appropriate Committee Agenda (if applicable).

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Section, Teignbridge District

Council, Forde House, Brunel Road, Newton Abbot TQ12 4XX.

The application can be viewed, by appointment during normal office hours

Monday to Friday to 4pm except bank holidays.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
