LICENSING ACT 2003

We, Tunes in the Dunes Ltd, give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the Variation of a Premises Licence in respect of Port Eliot Sessions - Port Eliot House and Gardens, St Germans, SALTASH PL12 5ND

The application is to :

• Reduce the size of the premises boundary.

• Amend opening hours of the premises to start at 12:00

• Amend Licensable activities to start at 12:00
