Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made

the above Order dated 1st August 2022 in exercise of its

powers under 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use

by traffic over an area of highway being Road From The

B3253 At St Euny To Holland Farm, Widegates between

the junction of Holland Road and B3253 between

Bindown Court to Junction South of Clease Vean. The

Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because

poling works are being executed on or near the road.

The Order will come into operation on 16th August 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 16th

August 2022. The prohibition will be in force between the

hours of 0930 and 1600.

Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with

the works required within the highway specified above,

any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker

in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and

anything done with the permission of or at the discretion

of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and

businesses will be maintained.

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2022

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made

the above Order dated 1st August 2022 in exercise of

its powers under 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit

the use by traffic over an area of highway being Gipsy

Lane, Liskeard for its entire length, Allen Vale, Liskeard

between the junction of Woodgate Road and Gipsy Lane.

The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because

works are being executed on or near the road to carry out

carriageway repair.

The Order will come into operation on 15th August 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 19th

August 2022. The prohibition will be in force between the

hours of 0730 and 1700 on a daily basis, weekdays only.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

traffic associated with the works required within the

highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the

purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss

of utility supplies and anything done with the permission

of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian

access to residents and businesses will be maintained.

its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to

prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being

Road From Junction South Of Trelake To Gilcrest Rilla

Mill between grid references SX228270:073698 and

SX228342:073734. The Council is satisfied that the

Order is needed because water maintenance works are

being executed on or near the road.

The Order will come into operation on 11th August 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 15th

August 2022. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a

day, weekends included.

Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with

the works required within the highway specified above,

any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker

in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and

anything done with the permission of or at the discretion

of a police officer. Pedestrian and Vehicular access to

residents and businesses will be maintained.

make the above Order in exercise of its powers under

Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by

traffic over an area of highway being B3254 Between

Port Lane And Tremabe Lane Upton Cross between grid

references SX227453:073082 and SX227946:072447.

The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because

carriageway surface repairs are being executed on or

near the road.

The Order will come into operation on 30th August 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the

2nd September 2022. The prohibition will be in force

between the hours of 0730 and 1700 on a daily basis,

weekdays only.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

traffic associated with the works required within the

highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the

purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss

of utility supplies and anything done with the permission

Junction East Of Trethinnick Bungalow To Woodland

South Of East Dozmary, Liskeard between grid references

SX2283368912 and SX2273969980, Road From

North Of Higher Redgate Farm To Junction West Of

Little Fursenwith, Redgate between grid references

SX2283168903 and SX2276368576. The Council is

satisfied that the Order is needed because overhead and

underground cabling works are being executed on or

near the road.

The Order will come into operation on 16th August 2022

and the works are expected to be completed by the 22nd

August 2022. The prohibition will be in force between the

hours of 0900 and 1700 on a daily basis, weekdays only.

Nothing in this Order will apply to emergency services,

traffic associated with the works required within the

highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the

purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss

of utility supplies and anything done with the permission

of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian and

Vehicular access to residents and businesses will be

maintained.
