New Premises Licence: Licensing Act 2003

We, Michael Busby, do hereby give notice that on 26th July 2022 we applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council for a new Premises Licence at The Spinning Wheel, Hauley Road, Dartmouth, TQ6 9AA known as The Spinning Wheel.

The application is for:

• The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises Monday to Thursday 12:00 to 21:00 and Friday to Sunday 12:00 to 22:00.

• The provision of recorded music inside and outside the premises Monday to Thursday 12:00 to 21:00 and Friday to Sunday 12:00 to 22:00.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Department, South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes TQ9 5NE or by email to [email protected]

Representations must be received NO LATER than: 23rd August 2022.

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours or by email.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
