(Temporary Traffic Restrictions) Order 2022
Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as
amended, intends to make an Order, the effect of which will be to introduce the following temporary traffic restrictions as detailed in the Schedules below.
This Order will come into operation on the 12th day of August 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months.
The Works are expected to commence on 22nd day of August 2022 until 24th day of August 2022 between the hours of 09:30-15:30 to enable Sunbelt Rentals to carry out works for cabling and new duct and the restrictions will only apply when indicated by traffic signs.

A369 Dunster to Timberscombe Road, Minehead – From a point 204 metres east of its junction with Bonniton Lane in a westerly direction for a distance of 600 metres
Statement of reasons for making the Order
a) because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road
b) because of the likelihood of danger to the public, or of serious damage to the road, which is not attributable to such work.
