ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

THE COUNTY OF DEVON (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION) (A379, KINGSWEAR) ORDER

2022 TEMPORARY 10 & 40MPH SPEED LIMIT

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County

Council intends to make the above titled order. From 10/1/22 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 18/2/22 No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed at a speed greater than 10 miles per hour on the length of road below.

Bridge Road: from a point 2250 metres west of the junction with the B3205 in a south westerly direction for a distance of 900 metres

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed at a speed greater than 40 miles per hour on the length of road below.

Bridge Road: from a point 2000 metres west of the junction with the B3205 in a southerly direction for a distance of 250 metres

The speed limits in this order will supersede any existing limits when traffic signs are in place. This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable:DEVON HIGHWAYS - DRAINAGE WORKS.For additional information
