Temporary Closure of Halse Lane

Somerset County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Halse Lane - from 48 metres southwards from the junction with Lane between Ash Lane and Halse Lane, a total distance of 54 metres.

This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out replacement chamber and cover works.

The Order becomes effective on 29th April 2022 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 4th May 2022 and last until 6th May 2022 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days.
