LICENSING ACT 2003

We Trago Mills (S.D.) Ltd give notice that we have applied to Teignbridge Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of The Staple Hill Catering complex, Trago Mills (S.D.) Ltd, Stover, Newton Abbot. Devon TQ12 6JD.

The application is: to allow the selling of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises and the provision of live music between the hours of 09.00 & 17.30 Monday to Saturday and 10.00 and 15.30 on a Sunday.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to

this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Section, Teignbridge District Council, Forde House, Brunel

Road, Newton Abbot TQ12 4XX or emailing

made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard

scale.
