To whom it may concern: PASSION FOR PIE LIMITED is applying for the grant of a Premises Licence for PIE IN THE SKY, 30 MARKET WALK, NEWTON ABBOT TQ12 2RX

The Licence if granted is to enable

the following activities to take

place:

Live and Recorded Music

Monday to Thursday 10am to 11.30pm; Friday and Saturday 10am to half Midnight; Sunday 10am to 10.30pm; NewYears Eve/Day 10am until 1.30am

Sale of alcohol on/off the premises

Monday to Thursday 10am to

11.30pm; Friday and Saturday 10am to half Midnight; Sunday 10am to 10.30pm; New Years Eve/Day 11am until 1.30am

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this

application may do so by writing to

the Licensing Section, Teignbridge

District Council, Forde House,

Brunel Road, Newton Abbot TQ12 4XX or emailing [email protected]

Representations may be made for

28 consecutive days from the date

of this notice. The receipt of

representations will be published

with the appropriate Committee

Agenda (if applicable).

A copy of the application for the

grant of the above licence is kept

by the Licensing Section, Teignbridge District Council, Forde House Brunel Road, Newton Abbot TQ12 4XX. The application can be viewed, by appointment, Monday to Friday - 10am – 12pm & 2pm – 4pm except bank holidays.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for

which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
